"Participants in the Club's activities shall take part at their own risk and shall hold the Club blameless for any damage, injury or death which may arise out of such activities. Attendance in the Club's activities, including physical training and therapy sessions, is recorded for internal Club's purposes and shall not be shared externally. Each member shall acknowledge the disclaimer upon payment of the annual membership fee."
